Greg Crognali- Your Community Real Estate Expert

Greg has been in the Real Estate Industry for 30 years. He was a former director of Winnipeg REALTORS, chairperson of MLS/WREN, and former President of the Manitoba/ North Western Ontario Century 21 Broker Association. Greg may have started out as a sales associate however through hard work, diligence, and his willingness to continuously learn and grow; he became a broker in 1990 and in 1995 he finally realized the dream of owning his own Brokerage.

Greg has been the recipient of many industry awards however is most proud of his accomplishments as a local broker in his hometown. When asked why he chose to become a realtor, Greg simply said “I can talk and I like to meet and work with people. If I can play even the smallest part in helping them realize their dreams then that’s perfect.” What better place to help people realize those dreams than his hometown! As an active volunteer and community donor, he is a wealth of knowledge about the area. He strives to be fair and strongly believes that no deal NEEDS to be made, his clients will always come first!!

Greg is a happily married bonafide family man and alongside his wife has raised two wonderful daughters. He is an avid sports fan, enjoys both watching and playing, and an outdoor enthusiast that loves spending his free time enjoying what the Eastman area has to offer.
